Our chef, Otto Tschurtschenthaler, and his team know well how to spoil you with a light blend of Mountain and Mediterranean cooking. Our products are always fresh because they come from very nearby. Our guests can see this with their own eyes during the excursions we organize to our suppliers’ premises. We believe that dining must be above all a pleasure and that the characteristic taste of our products should never be “contaminated” by unnecessary condiments. Regional cuisine is a very important thing for us. We also try to give old traditional recipes a new face. |
